Pros
People are outwardly friendly. People turn a blind eye to those who abuse sick and vacation leave. You do get to take classes at a discount.
Cons
Plan to pull knives out of your back. Prepare to train yourself and don't expect a lot of help. Very political. Find out who the "right" people are and don't get them upset.
