      Pros

      The people are great and easy to work with. There are many great leadership opportunities available on this campus. The pay is pretty good depending on what job you receive. The people understand you are a student and can work with you on balancing school and work.

      Cons

      Many of the jobs for students are work study related. To find a job that is not work study related, it would have to be more unique or specific to a department.

      Great institution serving a diverse student population. Plenty of interesting research labs. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
