      Pros

      Good people. Focus on patients. Decent pay and benefits. Atlanta home office employees can work from home 2 days per week.

      Cons

      Under-funded. Budget cuts. Constant restructuring and layoffs. Lack of opportunities for Americans. They don't retain the top performers and don't give opportunities to the best people. They keep sending people from Europe to be the watch-dogs and control everything we do. They don't respect employees. They don't treat employees very well.

      The company has many teams and levels which makes it seem like advancement is unobtainable.
