      Pros

      - Wonderful security team, receptionists, cleaning & catering staff.

      Cons

      - More rigorous management and screening needed for upper management. - Some principal scientists with little knowledge on projects and very poor organisation skills. More discipline needed for more senior members of company. - Lab spaces quite cluttered. More regulation and cleaning rotas needed.
