I love the culture! 90% of employees are very friendly and helpful, and I pay a $0 premium for my $1,500 deductible insurance.
Cons
Too big. One of the reasons I wanted to work for UCHealth was for career mapping, but the company is so big moving up can be hard. They really like to hire from outside.
