Pros
They take very good care of their employees. Real sense of community. A lot o opportunity for growth and recognition.
Cons
I worked for a terrible manager. She was very much a micromanager and even timed my bathroom breaks and brought it up during a staff meeting. She made MANY people quit and was a miserable person to work for. I know this was an isolated manager but there had been many complaints made about her and I was forced to leave because of her dislike for me.
