Cons
Everything. Upper management does not listen to their employees. Directors have favorites and if you are not in the "club" you cannot advance. Long working hours, short staffed and instead of getting you the help you need they cut your FTE's and then complain about all the OT. The last 5 years of my life has been miserable. I cannot wait until I am gone. They talk about their culture, however they don't live it. It is sad.
