Pros
Helping patients, medical benefits but must use UCHealth docs which can take weeks to get appointments.
Cons
Poor pay. Direct manager and upper management do not care about loyal employees’ opinions on everything from daily workflow to managing incompetent coworkers. UCHealth does not promote hiring for advancement from internal applicants and would rather overlook current employees who have proved themselves.
