If you like a teaching hospital this is the place for you. There is always something new to learn and they encourage you to pursue your goals through your career. This is a huge corporation with many options for job opportunities and changes.
Cons
Currently incentives are being taken away. There are a lot of new management changes and employees are not involved with these huge decision changes. Not enough staff floors run short and dangerous.
