Pros
You will gain experience and see a lot of patients because they double-book appointments. However, this has been the worst job I've ever had.
Cons
They overwork and take advantage of employees. Appointments are double-booked to meet numerical goals, creating unnecessary stress. The work environment feels unmotivated. Once, my boss told me to stop complaining after I expressed how overwhelmed I was. On top of that, they don’t provide 10-minute breaks, adding to the exhaustion.
