We are disappointed to hear that you feel your experience of working at UCLB was not a positive one. We pride ourselves on supporting our staff and have a good retention rate of highly-motivated staff. A recent staff survey revealed that 98% of our staff are proud to say they work for UCLB.
Our organisational ethos is such that we encourage an open and friendly culture, where people can develop their careers, while feeling comfortable to feedback on any concerns they may have. We do our best to action change, when needed.
Our goal as an organisation is to support the ideas of UCL’s brilliant academics, so they can develop innovations that have a real and positive impact on people’s lives. Working towards this goal, we hope everyone who works here feels a common sense of pride and achievement.
