      Pros

      Great institution to work for. Great team culture and great benefits. UCLA especially good for networking. The school as a whole is accommodating to students' class schedules.

      Cons

      Because it is such a large institution, it can get easy for senior management to take advantage of hourly employees. Despite 2 negative experiences working for UCLA, I would definitely go back there.

      Good hours, flexible to student time schedule, allowed me to do homework on the job

      Cons

      Sometimes, other students don't take your full shift and leave like 30 mins of your shift if you give it up
