      Great work to life balance structure

      In my department, breaks of all kind were discouraged, lots of time was wasted chit chatting and planning for things that never led to anything meaningful.

      Good hours, flexible to student time schedule, allowed me to do homework on the job

      Sometimes, other students don't take your full shift and leave like 30 mins of your shift if you give it up

      Great health insurance - I'm told it's really quite fire (no lie) Great location - love Westwood (sandwiched by Brentwood, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills) Union is tremendously supportive

      Cons

      Campus dining options are kinda weak - breaks my heart to eat the same thing every day
