      Pros

      If you get to work with in a good lab with good professors and colleagues, it can be a very fun, low-stress environment.

      Cons

      Pay is very low. With the same amount of skill you can double your pay elsewhere. Also if you get into a bad lab, your life is doomed.

      Good hours, flexible to student time schedule, allowed me to do homework on the job

      Cons

      Sometimes, other students don't take your full shift and leave like 30 mins of your shift if you give it up
