Extremely Disorganized - Research Associate UCLA Employee Review

Too many studies for so little people. Some coworkers are rude because they are just being dragged all the time. I felt training was undercooked and left me feeling unprepared. Often felt completely overlooked and ignored. Delegation of work was almost non-existent, which creates a lot of anxiety when you're suddenly being asked for an update on something you were never initially told to do (almost no solid lines of communication between cross-functioning teams).
