Pros
I had a very good salary, I worked in a professional environment and I had nice coleagues. It was a very challenging job and almost every week brought a new experience. I had many achievements and never got bored.
Cons
Sometimes, because of the fconstant financial problems the salary was 2-3 weeks late. Also, working with locals and coming from a big cities like Bucharest I realized that people I worked with in my department were always afraid to take responsibility and always willing to say, YES, to everuthing I did. They had no initiative.
