      Pros

      Good co workers, except for management. They do have employee luncheons. They are not fun at all just very awkward.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? Well for starters this is a brother and sister running mommy and daddy's company. They have very little business knowledge. They have very little product in the warehouse. Product is often on back order. Customers complain 4 weeks later when they still have not received their product. If the customer were aware of this ahead of time they would never order. Management doesn't care as long as they fill their pockets with profit. On top of all this you are micromanaged. They want you to record your phone calls. You are brought into a meeting with your managers to get belittled about your calls. It's all negative feed back never positive. You are constantly watched like a hawk. This place feels like a prison. I have never worked at such an awkward place with such low morale. The turn over is very high here. This not a place to build a career. It's just a revolving door. Please don't work here, there will always be better opportunities out there. Don't settle for this place.

As you stated we are a family owned and operated company that strives to provide not only a great atmosphere for our employees like providing employee lunches on Fridays, early leave before holidays to maximize work/life balance but also a company where customers can feel we our providing them the greatest service experience possible. As for material being on back order, it has been difficult at times lately with limited production schedule due to the holiday but our Customer Experience Coordinator has worked diligently working with customers on shipping schedules, the only customer issues have been where sales representatives have guaranteed a delivery date without the CEC knowing. We wish you the best of luck as we continue to grow a great team of employees and a fabulous atmosphere.

      Pros

      I liked the flexibility to work around my sons school schedule. It paid pretty well and loved the people I worked with.

      Cons

      They moved to Royal Oak from Auburn Hills. I live in Lake Orion and drive was too long.

      Pros

      - Paid time off after 60 days - Holiday pay after 60 days - Medical benefits after 60 days - Management is flexible with you if personal things arise in your personal life - Management is friendly - Co-workers are friendly - If you preform at your position management is willing to increase your pay - Management doesn’t micro-manage once you prove you can execute your jobs duties

      Cons

      - The way you’re paid is very uncommon, you’ll have a ‘guaranteed weekly salary’ but if you don’t work 40 hrs your salary will be deducted, but if you work over 40 hrs your salary won’t be increased - Inventory isn’t properly maintained by management so customers orders won’t be delivered on excepted date customer is excepting frequently enough - The inventory issues will disrupt the flow of your work week making certain days almost lacking any work to be done & then other days being so busy you have to work unexpectedly without notice past your normal work hours - Management doesn’t communicate information well to the team about incoming/outgoing orders and/or Inventory - Business needs more comprehensive organization - Team members need more overall communication with each other & management to work better together to better execute their duties, take care of customers and bring more of a team atmosphere to the workplace
