In comparison to other property management companies, the pay is really good. This is the biggest Pro.. There is also growth opportunities.
Cons
-Things are ever changing. It can be difficult to keep track. Some processes have changed 2-3 times in just a short time. The changes aren’t always beneficial to the on-site team… -There are different departments handling things. Sometimes it’s a game of telephone to get on the same page. The leasing team, Cals, throws a wrench in things more often than not by relaying incorrect information and being extremely slow with responding to applicants. This greatly affects the on-site team. This has been an ongoing issue in many areas with the company.
