Our compensation model is far superior to nearly all of the firms operating in our industry. Our compensation model is results-oriented which means the earning potential is weighted towards team members who are producing consistently and earning commission.
Our PTO plan for internal team members starts with 15 days PTO/sick days and 8 holidays the first year and grows with tenure. After three years of service, UDig team members get 22 days of PTO and 8 paid holidays for a total of 30 days off. We also have an incentive built for high performers who can earn every Friday off once they qualify.
