Production gets the short end of the stick on occasion due to indecision on practices. Work had an awkward ebb and flow, one week you’d be extremely busy, just to have nothing to do next week. Production supervisor has an abrasive leadership style, at least towards me They love to allow rework, but will complain when there has to be rework done, yet do nothing to prevent future errors
