      Clean and well organized due to excess downtime between projects.

      Cons

      -DANGEROUS WORK ENVIRONMENT guys have been hurt and had their workers comp denied, unsafe crane operations by leaders who willingly ignore rigging procedures. -newly promoted/hired managers desperate to prove their worth -lack of direction from leadership followed by high demands to get improperly scheduled projects rushed out the door. - "that's the way we have always done it around here, I'm your boss do it my way"

      Vending machines in bream room

      Cons

      This is a dangerous work environment poor leadership often leads to rushed projects. Constantly firing and hiring as needed with long gaps in projects often resulting in furlough of employement with no pay. No safety manager has been hired in years while shop foreman runs the place into the ground disregarding industry standard procedures.
