Get to work with some very passionate people out there, who really care for the cooperative, its members and employees.
Cons
There are others who have been there for 15 years jumping from one department to the other from petroleum, agro, IT, Master data, training doing nothing but think they run the show. Stay away from them if you wish to work peacefully and contribute positively.
