Pros
The members are fantastic. Coaching was very fun. Stayed longer than I should have because I really enjoyed it that much. Also my co-coaches were/are incredible equally dedicated people. I AM a COACH. I miss my regular class members whose faces I spent every morning with before the sun was up. And I miss my like minded coaches that simply do not exist in any other work environment.
Cons
Extremely time consuming if you take time to actually plan your classes especially if you have the early classes. I was paid less than than the other coaches regardless of how many people attended my classes and how many more years coaching experience I have. My pay was cut without even being told because they were struggling yet we continually received emails telling us how well our location was doing. I was voted coach of the year by members so the cut was not due to poor work habits. Would not recommend for anything other than a side gig. Definitely cannot rely on fair payment.
