      Great work environment Teaching classes gives you access to many potential clients They're franchised, so it's a relaxed work environment

      It is what you make it, if you don't work for it, you wont make any money

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
