      nice facilities, on average the staff is friendly.

      Cons

      Experienced coaches are undervalued. They will just hire brand new people with no experience in martial arts, train them for 2 weeks and let them be a coach. they dont understand how to build programs

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
