Pros
They get you good training in multiple certs.
Cons
They force you to meet sales yet under cut them selves and you by letting other non certified people or group trainers train under the table as long as they are cool with management. Not as flexible work/life balance when they force you to get clients off the clock. you end up feeling like the only way you can make it is by training under the table like most there do :(
