      Rapid environment let you learn a lot of different things at once. Free gym membership. Some coworkers were very kind.

      Cons

      Extreme lack of organization and clear communication. A lot of arguments and toxic behavior at corporate and studio level. Rampant nepotism.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
