      Not much to learn, very simple tasks and lots of free time during morning and late night shifts

      Cons

      Made so many calls and never benefited from collecting dues, management was always changing and they could not keep employees. they are constantly hiring people and hardly anyone sticks around. always new workers and no one knows who’s in charge

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
