None. However, I would have a few positive comments, as UFG was 'ok to work for' prior to last summer when management changed.
Cons
Most premium auditors literally 'cannot stand' the new management, due to controlling negative micro-mgmt. There is no respect or trust for any employee working in this department. Most employees have over 20-years of experience, but management treats them as if they do not know anything while they themselves do not even understand UFGs product lines (GL). Management has implemented very time-consuming admin busy-work which takes away from completing the audits, but management has not reduced the monthly production count requirement. Management is imposing their childish 'team building' games and meaningless admin busy-work on us without care for our work-life-balance...which no longer exists at UFG.
