-Enjoyed being around my coworkers and boss -Fast paced, there was always something keeping me on my toes and never bored -Company has a lot of team building days/theme days that are great to help bring coworkers together to foster a better working environment

-Was expected extremely long hours with no rewards. -Low pay causes and high expectations causes high turnover, whether by people leaving for better options or getting fired for not being able to keep up. This constantly put more responsibilities on employees and with the company constantly hiring under qualified employees they can get on the cheap to replace them training is extremely slow and inefficient. -Upper management seemed to barely acknowledge anybody's existence unless they thought people weren't working hard enough and making them enough money, they didn't seem to care about giving back to the employees for their work. -Many of the company's clients businesses were sketchy and working with them made me wonder whether the companies were even doing business legally.
