Pros

Work is easy, if dull. Great stepping stone towards better options. The blue collar positions have a great safety culture.

Cons

The work may be easy, but the volume of it is ridiculous for the pay. Expect to constantly pull long hours to stay on top of it. Constantly changing shaking up established processes, while also relying heavily on very outdated software most of the industry doesn't use. Its a company that desperately need to promote from within, but gives little reason for people to stay as the pay lags behind the rest of the market, especially if you stay loyal. Job security also hasn't been as good as they claim for years.
