You really have to bring your best every single day. A rapidly growing global business is *not* the right fit for people who want to sit back and/or be told what to do.

UIB is a great place for an Internship! You have the chance to work on real projects and collect useful experience that will be helpful for your further career. There is a great mix between working on your own projects without being micromanaged and having access to really experienced people who will always gladly support you if you need any assistance.

I personally prefer it to have a lot of freedom with my projects but this may not be the case for everyone. While there is a lot of support this is definitely not the right place if you want to get a ready-made todo list every day that you can just work off.
