Pros
- Cutting edge technologies - Stimulating projects - Fantastic co-workers and team - Grade-A clients - Positive environment As a side note, there is brilliant fridge full of soft drinks (and more!) in the corner of the office. The monthly lunch where you could go with colleagues from other departments and catch up is also good - all at company expense.
Cons
Sometimes some processes needed improvement but this was happening. Also sometime if the project goes wrong, you will need to work extra to fix it.
