      - Smart & hard-working employees

      Cons

      - No employee benefits, not even basic life cover. They stick to the bare minimum mandated by government. Sick leaves are scrutinised and employees asked to use their annual leaves instead - No growth - Increments are negligible if at all, does not meet inflation rates. - CxO disturbed right now; feels like a do-or-die situation for them.

      It took some getting used to develop an effective workflow as a PM working across EU/US time-zones, but once I got the hang of it, it's been smooth sailing

      Great team, environment and clients. Flexible working hours. Beer, redbull & snacks always available. There is also a table tennis.

      Cons

      The company isn't very much willing to invest in some great/needed software. Also, the provided machines aren't very powerful.
