Pros
Good opportunity as a carreer start. Hopefully they will keep growing and giving more chances to talented people grow.
Cons
Very rude management. Manager at Stonehouse doesnt know how to treat people with respect and quite often mpst graduates get offensive responses. Estimators rather go to other people to chase info than going to their own line manager as he doenst seem to care about what youre talking about. People like this make any work hell.
