Unethical and bullying management. Very low salaries. Too much work, not enough staff. No room for progression at all. You will work there until you get burnt out and then leave (average tenure of 2 years for most employees). Management know this. They rely on new fresh graduates who are keen to learn and willing to accept bad salaries. Once they are burnt out, they will leave/management will get rid of them and then bring in more fresh graduates who are keen to learn/accept bad salaries. That's just their business model. No value placed for employees. No process for firing people. They will call you to come in the office and then fire you in 10 minutes, even if you've been there for years. False evidence used for firing employees. Once they decide they don't want you in their organusation, they will invent any excuse to fire you, even if it was based on lies.
