Flexible hours Really good working with school schedule You will learn a lot about how the internet works, and computers in general Pay is better and has consistent substantial raises every 6 months Great people to work with Management really want to see you improve within the company and respect commitment from its employees.
Cons
Doing technical support you can deal with some mad people or those who are not very tech savy. 24/7 support means that occasionally you have to work weekends or nights which can be hard for social life.
