salary is fairly competitive but nothing amazing.

the way people are spoken to is pretty shocking (there isn't a HR department - for a reason) . There are actual rats running around in the side entrances you use to enter the building (no health and safety). guys who run the place have a reputation and are named 'notorious' in the bristol post / Bristolian. Definitely not normal for a company this small to catch flack in the local press like that but it is easy to look past this and just see it as a way of people tearing them down for being successful but that is definitely not the case here as the reputation is deserved. Think twice about joining up to work in this office as they sell it like it's a tight knit company who 'play by their own rules' sort of thing but really it's just a bad company.
