Benefits is about all I can say anymore.
Cons
This us to be a great company to work for. Then they brought people in and put them over the company and they don't know squat about what we really do or how testing is even done. They are focused more on the quantity to get that $$$$, then the quality. They run it like a factory and treat employees like robots. And if management ever makes a hostile work environment they just ignore it and sweep it under the rug and make it harder on u, cause u have no one to talk to. U can document all ur issues like u are told, but they don't even care to read them or look at them. U r left to feel like u r a burden and should just take the talking down to and not let it get to u.
