      Cons

      Not enough resources and no plan to add any led to wearing way to many hats for way to long. This ultimately led to burnout and I had to leave. :(

      Great coworkers, flexible time, remote work

      Cons

      Upper management seems to think AI is the greatest thing ever and pushes everyone to get on board with it. Not much room for growth upward. Lots of changes in priorities after work is nearly finished.
