We have been navigating change to transform in today's quickly evolving market. UL Solutions was a not-for-profit until 2012. So, as the business has evolved to include more rigor and structure, it can feel more corporate. Restructuring is not a decision that management takes lightly. These changes are the result of thoughtful decisions our leadership team has made to realize our full growth potential.
