Owners don't care about you, they do not speak to you, BUT in the unlikely event they do, it is in a condescending manner. Your superior will tell you to do something even if its wrong or illogical, and when you do it, you get yelled at as if it was your idea. No one takes responsibility. You get no recognition for going above and beyond in your position even if it means missing lunch, working longer days and/or nights. They will promise you growth and advancement and then randomly without notice inform you that things "arent working out" and you need to pack up your things.
