Despite claiming to foster a familial environment, management consistently pushes an unfair workload onto employees. Additionally, this company offers minimal benefits for career advancement. While the work itself may be straightforward, there is a glaring lack of investment in improving company systems, hardware, and even basic amenities like a coffee machine. Opportunities for professional growth are scarce, with many employees stuck in the same roles for years without advancement. For example, I've observed senior employees who have remained in the same position, such as customer service executive, for nearly a decade without any promotion or recognition.
