There's a quarterly bonus which, depending on the quarter's sales and such, may be pretty good. There are benefits, which is good unless you already have insurance. They have a pay card, to which your paycheck gets deposited right around 10:30 (midnight if you're direct depositing into your bank).

No control over the scheduling, again this is a supervisors pain, I have had cashiers scheduled 5 nights a week that didnt produce results very well, they were to interested in chatting or walking around to stay at their registers and work. I would get those guys way to often and the ones who were amazing at their jobs not enough.

1. The founders are approachable. 2. A huge amount of learning during internships and everything. 3. You feel like working on your own project with full passion.

1. Bad work-life balance during the internship 2. They don't pay you any amount, which means you'll invest your time for yourself and learning only. 3. No time management (You might wait for a meeting forever)
