      Pros

      Office/Campus has nice chairs and the gardening is kept up on the grounds which looks good.

      Cons

      The management and Dean are a mickey mouse club. The dean is NOT an MD and is more worried about talking about his singing career than be a dean.

      Pros

      it is a good company to work for. very tightly knit and flexible for the most part.

      Cons

      there isn't much room for growth as many people have been in there respective positions for many years. family company so family takes reign over new employees.
