The work environment is great, since other employees understand the situations of others, so very often of them to help each other achieving greater goals.
Cons
Since it's a corporate studios, many of the higher ups managements are looking down on the employees. Slow updates regarding contracts, difficult administrations, and hard to communicate aspirations to the higher ups.
