One positive about JohnAmico school of hair design Niles is the director of the school. He plays many roles in his position and takes care of his employees and students the best he can with the amount of workload he has to carry. The school can be good for anyone who is seeking employment without experience just coming out of cosmetology teacher training school. For someone who is trying to learn what kind of educator you will be.

Owner/upper management has little to no involvement with the school except for a couple visits here and there and a long list of job responsibilities for employees in the school. They don’t see growth and you won’t grow with the company. There is no growth opportunities ,pay is very little and you are expected to juggle many job descriptions with no acknowledgment. School is very outdated. Esthetics and nails need more attention as far as equipment,products and the space allowed to perform the services. Hey, stop it there are absolutely no benefits for full-time workers like PTO and 401(k).
