Pros
Entire leadership team is engaged and cares about your success. Physician leaders, even our president, have clinical hours. I believe this keeps the leadership relatable to our struggles as providers. We are provided with tools to help achieve a healthy work life balance. My onboarding was structured with realistic expectations. I feel valued and supported!!!!
Cons
I would like to see APP leadership roles in the future as that is currently an untapped resource.
