A culture that really is real. Teamwork, integrity, fun, and community serving. You feel it walking down the hallway as people say hi and have conversations and smile because they want to.

A lot of systems are old and processes can be hard to understand or even find. That said, there is a lot of self-ownership in coming up with solutions and providing new ideas that will be used and adopted.
