Cons
You are a small part of a big machine. Your work benefits the image of the organization and top management, not yours. Staff is overburdened. It takes time to learn the procedure with poor onboarding. The system is built to keep not the most talented and dedicated but mediocre and patient. Frequent change management brings frustration.
